Hello, my name is Paul DeSantis, and I am the Farmer/Chef/Owner of Rotating Fork. I am passionate about growing and preparing food for my family and friends. I'm starting this concept because our town is in dire need of REAL food! We were market farmers for four years and now grow on a smaller scale (Priverno Farm).
